Welcome to HeartofSenso's digital art commission service. By commissioning me, you agree to these TOS. Make sure you read thoroughly.1. Commission Process:1.1 Inquiry: To start a commission, please contact me through google form or through social media direct messaging. Follow the prompt of the google doc or if messaging me directly, send the information of the commission type and character details you'd like included. Commissions open by tweet so follow my twitter account if you don't want to miss out!1.2 Agreement: Once we agree on the commission details, including the scope, pricing, and general timeline, we will move onto payment.2. Payment:2.1 Pricing: Commission prices are based on the complexity and time usually spent on the commission. Prices are non-negotiable unless otherwise stated.2.2 Payment Method: I accept payments through PayPal. Payment is due upfront before I begin work on the commission, unless stated otherwise.2.3 Refunds: I can be flexible with my refund policy as I'm aware life can get the best of us all. generally though, refunds are not available once the commission is accepted. If unforeseen circumstances prevent me from completing the commission, a refund may be issued based on the work completed.3. Artistic License:3.1 Creative Freedom: I reserve the right to use artistic judgment in creating the commissioned artwork, including interpretation of characters and concepts, unless otherwise specified by the client.3.2 Revisions: Minor revisions are included in the commission price. Significant changes requested after the completion of the artwork may incur additional charges.3.3 Detailed Instructions: I often prefer not to accept commissions with extremely detailed descriptions of what your character could be wearing, holding, doing, etc. This limitation stems from the desire to express my full artistic ability without feeling confined. If possible, providing general direction and allowing me to adhere to your OC's style or favorite accessory enhances the creative process. If you have a super specific idea in mind for the overall commission, please understand that I might not be the artist for you. If you aren't sure what might constitute this, please feel free to run your idea by me! I'm happy to work with you.4. Copyright and Usage:4.1 Ownership: I retain the copyright to all commissioned artwork. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the artwork for personal purposes, but commercial use and reproduction for profit are not allowed without explicit permission.4.2 Credits: If you share the commissioned artwork online, please credit "heartofsenso" as the artist.5. Timelines:5.1 Completion Time: The completion time for a commission will be agreed upon before payment. Please note that I am a slow artist, and projects may take additional time. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but I will do my best to communicate any changes to the client.
6. Communication:6.1 Updates: I will provide periodic updates on the commission's progress. Most commissioner's will receive a rough concept sketch to approve before I move into color and rendering. When finished I will send a final update for you to approve, once approved you will receive a google drive link to your finished piece. (larger pieces or customs are subject to more updates.)6.2 Communication Channels: All communication regarding the commission should be conducted through direct message or email.6.3 Patience and Updates: As I am a slow artist, I appreciate your patience. Feel free to reach out for updates or check-in on the progress of your commission at any time.By commissioning me, you agree to these terms. I reserve the right to update these terms as needed. A page with multiple drawings of the same character. Can include accessories and props. Price is extremely flexible, it all depends on the amount of artwork you'd like added. message me about this commission so that we can work out what you'd be interested in and give you a direct quote.
